Swiss Cheese Chicken


I got this recipe from a former BYU roommate and I've been cooking it ever since. It has become one of our family's favorites.
8 boned chicken breasts
8 slices swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cube butter
1 pkg. stuffing mix
In a 9 x 13 baking dish, cover bottom with chicken pieces. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Put swiss cheese over chicken, then spread mushroom soup on top of cheese. Bake another 20-30 minutes. Top with bread crumbs, then dribble melted butter over crumbs. Sprinkle seasoning mix over top. Bake 15 minutes.
