Matchless Party Meatloaf


From: Julie Mietus (college roommate)
My roommate Julie, was from Waynesboro, Virginia. This is a delicious, moist meatloaf.
3 T. light molasses
3 T. prepared mustard
3 T. vinegar
4 T. ketchup
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 c. milk, evaporated
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. tobasco sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 t. Accent
handful of dried parsley flakes
3 lbs. hamburger
Blend all ingredients well and add meat. Mix well.
Topping:
Mix together:
1/4 c. ketchup
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. prepared mustard
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
