Lemon Squares


From: Kay Hinton
For crust:
Mix together:
1 cup soft butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
dash salt
Put in a 13 x 9 pan.
Bake crust at 350°F for 15 minutes.
For filling
Mix:
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
6 T. lemon juice
Pour filling over the baked crust. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
