Mom's Pecan Pie


From: Dorothy Gabrielsen
2 T butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 T flour
1 c. light corn syrup
3/4 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
3 eggs (beaten)
1 c. pecans (broken)
Cream together butter, sugar, flour. Add syrup and beat well. Add eggs and vanilla and salt. Beat again. Add pecans. Place in 9" pie shell. Bake 15 minutes @400°F, the 30 minutes @325°F
