Amazing Peanut Butter Chocolate Molten Cake

(A winning recipe from Sara from our families’ first ever Iron Chef competition)

4 squares Semi-sweet baking chocolate
½ cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
6 T flour
4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
3 T peanut butter
2 T brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Vanilla
½ cup thawed Cool whip or whipping cream
Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease 1 qt. souffle dish or baking dish; set aside. Microwave chocolate and butter in large-microwaveable bowl on high 1-1 ½ minutes. Or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in powdered sugar. Blend in whole eggs and egg yolks. Stir in flour; set aside. Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Pour half of the chocolate batter into prepared dish; cover with peanut butter mixture. Top with remaining chocolate batter.
