This used to be my favorite veggie dip. It is an oldie but a goodie.
2 c. sour cream
2 c. mayonaise
2 boxes Knorr vegetable soup mix (crushed)
2 cans water chestnuts (cut up)
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach (drain)
Mix together in a blender.
Hollow out french bread and serve with bread pieces and veggies.
