Zucchini Bread


Patricia loves to fatten the rest of us up. This is a great recipe to use garden zuccinni.
From: Patricia Manwaring
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded raw zuccinni
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Blend all ingredients and bake at 350°F for one hour.
