I served this at Dad's Law School graduation party.

Mix together
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 chopped pecans
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°F. Let cool
Mix 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar, and 9 oz. of cool whip and put on top of first layer.
Mix 1 small vanilla instant pudding, and 1 small chocolate instant pudding with 3 cups cold milk. Put on top of 2nd layer and spread with 1 cup softened cool whip. Grate chocolate on top. YUM!
