4-6 chicken
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 t. seasoning salt
1/2-1 c. cornstarch
2 eggs
Oil for frying
Dredge chicken in salts and cornstarch, then egg, fry in oil
Sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1/4-1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chicken broth 3-4 T catsup
1 T. soy sauce
Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over chicken in the crockpot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
